• Advisor for the Minister of Culture for books and reading policies (2000-2003)
• Head of the National Library Revival Project (1999-2003).
• Head of the National Library Revival Project (1999-2003).
• Responsible of the Public Libraries Network implementation in Lebanon, Ministry of Culture (2000-2003)

• PhD in Human Sciences (Education)
• Master in Philosophy
• Post-graduate Diploma in Information Sciences
