Holds Phd in private law from Paris Assas University at 2009, and a master degree from the Lebanese university in business law. Teaching at the Lebanese university since 2009.

Invited professor at the school of law at the UGA (university Grenoble Alpes – France) during 2019 and 2020.

Holds diplomas and certificates in “mediation and documentation” from UPMF Grenoble 2 since 2008, International criminal law from Leiden University and Grotius center in 2009, Copy Rights and industrial and commercial rights from WIPO in 2010 and 2011.

Main research topics:  social responsibility and governance, culture of law and effectiveness of the rule of law in society, the evolution of the legal system in societies after crises in the Lebanese state. Women Rights are one of the field of activities. In addition of civil and commercial legal topics.

Member of CEDREF for feminist study at Paris University (ex-Paris 7) since 2019; Member of BAHITHAT since 2013.

Teaching law at the Lebanese university and researcher in socio-legal topics.

Interested in social responsibility and governance, culture of law and effectiveness of the rule of law in society. Participated to several conferences and seminars, and published papers related to these topics.
